Delivery Info for Pre-Order Items
For pre order item, the delivery period is 6-8 weeks upon payment or final design confirmation date. Delivery date is approximate and not guaranteed. Estimates include processing and shipping times.
For ready stock, our delivery time upon arrival at our warehouse for Peninsular Malaysia is between 3 and 7 working days. Meanwhile for Sabah & Sarawak delivery periods is between 10 and 16 working days. For international delivery such as Singapore and Brunei, it takes about 14 to 18 working days.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holiday periods. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door giving you the ability to re-arrange the delivery on a day that suits you. All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is at home then a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier's card will result in your rug being returned to us, and an additional postage charge will be incurred.
We usually deliver via Skynet, Pos Laju, Nation Wide or Pos Malaysia and your parcel can be tracked through their Tracking Systems. Imhomestylist will notify the shipping tracking via call or Whatsapp or email (ANY)
Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered & the destination. Shipping charges can be calculated on the shopping cart page once a product is added to your cart.
Our Couriers are usually quick and reliable, but Imhomestylist cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to help you find it.
If you are in a more remote area, you may be contacted after your order with a quote to deliver.
Returns & Exchange
Customers are responsible for all postage associated with returns or exchanges for any reason. Please refer to Return & Refunds Policy
